Yes, a version of this theme is planed for Drupal 7 and I expect to have it out this week.

I've taken the conversion halfway and it is quite painful to do it manually. The right way to do it is to have a D7 export from Artisteer then amend it with all the improvements the good people at Agileware have done to improve the D6 version.

If I had a D7 Artisteer export for the theme I probably could figure out what the improvements were and port them to D7.. probably.
