Drupal Theme Development

Greetings,

I am looking for a theme designer to design the theme of one of my project.

The website consist of
1. Front page
2. News Section
3. Database Section

What I have done
1. I have "sketched" the outlook of the website.
2. I have all the modules tested and will be provided to you so that the theme is developed according to the required modules.

What you need to do
1. Design the theme
2. Design a logo
3. A few small developments

Timeline for this project will be 5+3 or 7+3 days. With the first 5 or 7 days for development & minor inspection. The last 3 days is for testing and tweaking.

If you are the successful candidate, I can promise you 3 things
1. I will reply messages in less than 10 hours and I expect you to do the same. If I don't reply you within 24 hours you can put the project on hold until I get back to you.
2. You get paid when the project is finished.
3. Future projects might be coming up your sleeves if I am satisfied with your job.

This is a beginning phase of the project, thus the budget allocated would be around USD150.
