naudefj commentedSame problem here. When I enter search criteria on the "amazon item import" page and click "Search", a blank page is returned.
Please help!
Prometheus6 commentedTry running the upgrade script. I made a stupid assumption when I set up the install file. It's been corrected now.
The script is at http://www.example.com/upgrade.php
Comment #3
Johnbmtl commentedTried re-instaling the module with a fresh download but the problem remains.
I also tried running the upgrade script on the module page.
Problem remains.
Thanks for your efforts.
Prometheus6 commentedI need to see the output of the attached script.

Prometheus6 commentedMake sure you have the dom_xml extension installed. Without that you get nothing.
naudefj commentedIt would be great if you can programmatically test for it and warn users if they don't meet minimum requirements.
Prometheus6 commentedIt would be better if people read the project page where the warning is there for all to see.
You could also read the README.txt
Comment #9
Johnbmtl commentedI contacted my web host and was told "Unfortunately, we can't customize the PHP installation on a shared server."
So, I guess that I am out of luck.
Thanks for your assistance.
