Here is what I got when I tried using the theme in 4.7.3:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: form_checkbox() in /home/rrrangel/public_html/home/themes/goofy/goofy.theme on line 16

I can confirm the same problem when trying to configure the theme in administer/themes. This happened both with Safari 2.0.4 and Firefox 1.5.0.6 on Mac G5 running Mac OS 10.4.7.

Configuration is thus not possible due to this fatal error :

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: form_checkbox() in /home/web-a/XXX/public_html/italk/themes/goofy/goofy.theme on line 16
