using node_get_types('names') in function translation_overview_manager_page()

Please use node_get_types('names'); in function translation_overview_manager_page() for table rows check_plain($node_types[$node->type]) like how you did it in function translation_overview_assignment_page().

I think people want to see a human readable description for a node type.
