Hi!
I'm testing this on a fresh install of Drupal and it doesn't work, with or without the changes proposed in the other 2 issues in this queue.
I'm using Garland and apart from CCK, Views and Feeds, all other modules came default.

Can you please have a look and see if something changed in the .16 drupal version?

The old bug was still there, and I hope I removed, now.
I tried on a fresh installation.

taxotoggle version = "6.x-1.3"

I don't understand. I tried again to install all the latest versions, and all worked fine.

jquery_ui (and its dependencies) has to be installed, first.
Then the taxotoggle folder has to be placed under modules, and not under jquery_ui.
