Themekey module can do that. Easily.
1. Install the following two modules
http://drupal.org/project/themekey
http://drupal.org/project/themekey_properties

2. Go to admin/settings/themekey Follow instructions on screen.

ThemeKey 6.x-3.2 with ThemeKey Properties 6.x-2.4 doesn't have a random theme selection function. I'm not sure about ThemeKey 7.x.

You can use rules to specify one theme to activate, but there doesn't seem to be any way to have the module randomly select a theme. Just so you don't end up downloading it for that function and finding it missing (like I just did).
