Hi,

Finally i got dash player to work but,
When i click play, the video has audio but not video, just a black screen
I tested it by uploading a .flv and .mov file, black screen.

Any ideas

Youtube vids work fine, but no video for the ones i've uploaded

Have you checked your video codecs to make sure they are up to date?

other things to try: do you have the most current dashplayer.swf file? Try dropping by the support site and grab the current one, found at:
http://github.com/mediafront/dashplayer/archives/master

One thing I had to check for on my site was, check your template and your config xml file for an API parameter.. this current player no longer requires you to specify which version of API to use based on your services module version. This took me months to figure out until I stumbled on it today.

One last suggestion would be to make sure you are running the most recent version of flash for your browser.

Maybe one of these will get you up and running.
