http://drupal.org/node/748102
read the above page for the first error. the others seem like they may be related. but im unsure of that.

Anonymous (not verified) commentedhad the same error in theme.inc after renaming my website
I had to click on 'reset to defaults' in admin/build/themes/settings and then redo my theme's config.

dddave commentedThe lack of response from the OP indicates that this is fixed.

Don Allen commentedNot Solved! Have the same issue, moving my install from localhost to remote host.
Post Install and updating of modules. Then uploaded my themes, and additional modules, ran update.
Instead of changing to my desired theme before running backup_restore, I went ahead and ran the restore first,
now I'm getting
* warning: array_map() [function.array-map]: Argument #2 should be an array in /services4/webpages/l/o/"sitename"/public/modules/system/system.module on line 1015.
* warning: array_keys() [function.array-keys]: The first argument should be an array in /services4/webpages/l/o/"sitename"/public/includes/theme.inc on line 1817.
* warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /services4/webpages/l/o/"sitename"/public/includes/theme.inc on line 1817.
And any attempt to reach anything but the home page is pointless. Now looking at things, I don't know how to "unrestore" :)
if only there was an undo button!

s.daniel commentedNote: Too me this looks like the Website cant find the file defined as the logo at the themes settings page. Try reseting and uploading a new logo. (maybe it got lost during moving files or something)
FranciscoLuz commenteds.Daniel is right, for some reason your theme is pointing either to the wrong logo or favicon file or even both of them are wrong.
To fix that you go to the theme configuration "admin/build/themes/settings/[them-name]" and select the default logo and favicon or just choose the correct files again and the error message goes away.

socratesone commentedI've run into this before. This usually happens when you miss some files while copying over. This can happen if, for instance, some of the files have permissions that don't allow read access to the ftp user, which means you can't download them. When you're migrating an entire site, you can sometimes miss the files. When the theme loads, it starts looking for files that aren't there, and functions in core will fail and give error messages because they are expecting data that wasn't properly initialized because of the missing files.
Make sure all of the files in your /sites/default/files folder are present on the new server.
