Use Case: Module developer Jo has just created a module with some whiz-band javascript and overlay features. She wants to run some automated tests to check on the accessibility and usability of her new module. She will enable the 'code accessibility' module to check this.

Implementation: The module will come with coder, but be enabled separately and rely on coder. It will run automated tests (need to define type of tests). The user will select checkboxes for this just like they do to select test levels for the current coder module. As there is with coder, minimal/normal/critical levels will be available as AAA, AA, and A level selections.

This will be a contentious issue, but I believe this is the direction the conversation here is taking: http://groups.drupal.org/node/63753

If this is not something that one believes should be implemented in coder then we can mark this won't fix and move on to the next option of creating our own accessibility checking module.
