Rolled up new release that addresses a number of the reported issues and other issues found during testing over the past 2 weeks that include:
- Folder Permissions not being tested correctly
- Recent Folders should only show last 5 visited folders
- uninstall failing - missing an include
- Better error reporting for file upload issues via the webform
- Prevent non-admin users from creating top level folders
- Hide 'New Folder' and 'Upload' button on toolbar if user does not have any permissions
- Fixed issue generating new folder parent options - not handling recursive folder permissions correctly
- Fixed issues with Broadcast Message feature
- Added a setting in page.tpl.php to allow site admin's to set the right margin allowance (padding/offset) so that application does not use full page width
- Updated the README.txt file to note the dependencies
