I don't think Drush PM can even download Pressflow but it would be nice if Hacked! had Pressflow support.

Pressflow isn't a "hack" of Drupal: it's a distribution of Drupal with formal stable releases available on a public Git repo that can be referenced and diff'd against.

I feel this is a valid feature request and would also like to see it.

@reubidium With respect, Pressflow is implemented as a hack. If you look at the code, there's no way for a internal system to know the difference between it and Drupal core. They have simply changed the user facing strings from 'Drupal' to 'Pressflow' (as well as doing the performance stuff).
It's not a distribution a Drupal, it's a fork.
