I wrote a little patch that gives you the option to have the title as dropdown.
Usecase. You want to build a userprofile, and want to add links to Faceboo, Twitter and stuff...
Some screenshots probably illustrate this better. The code is pretty straight forward.

It's been four years since this bug, and no one's touched it. If you need to you can re-open this ticket, but I suspect you don't need this fixed anymore.
