Removing width and height

Hi,

When the image is containing width and height, it will be saved locally including the width and height.

For example, image http://website.com/2010/04/p4220841.jpg?w=300&h=225 will be saved locally as p4220841.jpg?w=300&h=225 and the image will not displayed in the content.

This is happen for both "Image Rename" feature enabled or disabled.
