Questions (not really to do with this patch, but about the original code that this patch modifies):
1) Why do the defaults around lines 499 and 879 not match? not that it "really" matters, but they should match
2) Why is the settings form using drop downs!!! for binary options, reordering "true" and "false" options to set defaults (violating at least two core usability principles)

treksler commentedthe only issue i see is that by default Drupal has line break to break tag conversion turned on and with tinymce source formatting turned on,
arbitrary breaks in the source can and will translate into arbitrary braks in the page view. perhaps this should default to off and have a message somewhere explaining where these breaks are coming from..... Source formatting is still so useful that this should get committed in one form or another....

Please upgrade to a supported version and feel free to reopen the issue on the new version if applicable.
