Release notes
The BETA4 release reorganizes the preprocess functionality that generates region classes, and introduces the use of static_region_builder and dynamic_region_builder functions.
Also included in this package are new README.txt files throughout the primary theme, and starterkit for instructions on usage of the Omega theme.
