ability to assign html tag and float property to fields

it seems there is no easy way (from ui) for assign a tag like h2 or h3 to a field instead span and div tag. i think this can help to seo and semantic web
also i want to assign a float property to a field (like image)
i do this by using template files but i think, this can be done by ui
