I'm having some issues with the display of a mini-panels block.. It's a little hard to explain, but I will try my best.

Basically I created a flexible two column layout at 75% left, 25% right. I inserted two basic views that I had made, saved and inserted the block on the page I wanted. All is fine when I check it, but when I logout of my account and check it again, the display had failed and is now displaying the two views on top of each other in a stacked column. When I log back in the display returns to what it should be so the problem appears to be for only annon. sessions.

Any ideas as to what is causing this behavior?

FYI, the problem is occurring in Firefox and Safari browsers.

I've heard of this issue happening due to page caching and the accidental clearing of the CSS cache. So far as I know, this issue has been fixed.
