imgupload.css does not load other than the edit page, also, the floats dont clear and drag the rest of the page up

So when I upload an image with a float property, it looks fine on the wysiwyg editor but once I go to the view, the styles are gone. The html still contains the classes but the dom is not loading the imgupload.css file. Am I supposed to include those styles in my own css files?
