I just installed Drupal 7 and Wysiwyg with CKEditor. CKEditor is not showing up when adding new content. I did the same for Drupal 6 and it worked like a charm. Is there something I'm missing for Drupal 7?

I'm rather new at all this. I looked through the forums and all and didn't find any answers.

Remember that Drupal 7 is still in alpha test and all the contributed modules have some catching up to do - in many cases these may not be complete or stable until well after the release of Drupal 7 - that may be a while yet - it could be that there'll be another alpha version before beta test begins - and then there'll be at least one RC version. So, Drupal 7 and the contributed modules should not be considered stable just yet.

That said, check out the WYSIWYG issue queue for v7 ckeditor support issues (if you've got a problem with WYSIWYG, that's where you should look/post):

You wouldn't believe it - I found this link with the most usefull information: http://drupal.ckeditor.com/troubleshooting#comment-4973

All I had to do was to clear my browsers cache. My site worked fine when using wamp, but not when it was uploaded. Browser cache made the worlds difference.

I have encountered this issue as well. Disabling "jQuery Update" solved the problem for me.
