syndicateStorm commentedDo you have your download field defined at: Content management >> Content types >> Edit product >> Manage fields?
If that's not the issue, I will need some more info from you since I'm not getting this on my end. For example what are your file download settings on the Seller Settings page, etc. Whatever info you think might be useful and related to this...
Also, you can only add one upload (to be fixed eventually) each time you save a product. I can't remember how the code breaks if you try to upload several files at a time, but it may be as you describe above.
Let me know what you find out.

fehin commentedI believe my settings are ok. Initially "download" was in the product file field. I changed it to field_downloadable_file, which is the name of my cck field because I was getting this error but it didn't fix it. The products don't have files attached. They are regular products.

syndicateStorm commentedIn the "Name of Product filefield" field, try entering "downloadable_file" instead of "field_downloadable_file" (leave everything else the same including your cck field, etc). I've got to run, let me know if it works.

fehin commentedThat fixed the problem. Thank you.

syndicateStorm commentedGreat, no problem. Cheers.

bearstar commentedI am going to re-open this one, if I can.
Does it matter if you have a variety of content types as products? Does each product type need the download CCK field even if it's not applicable to that content type?
Thanks,
James
