Immediately following the update from 1.2 to 1.3, the background colors and images of simple menu vanish.

I then noticed that the subdirectories called themes and translations are missing in 1.3.

I missed making all the folders Read/Write to CVS commands. I now have tagged the other files, I do not know whether it will refresh 1.3 properly or whether I will have to create a 1.4 version...

I'll check the file again later and report here the plan of action.

Note that extracting 1.3 over 1.2 would make 1.3 work as expected since I did not make any changes to the theme and translation sub-folders. So if you wanted to test 1.3...

And yes, going back to 1.2 (assuming you did not apply any patches) is safe. On my end, I use SVN so I always have the previous version available.

Okay, I don't think that the project system will ever regenerate version 1.3... So I created version 1.4 to fix the problem... Ooops!

Alexis, please note that even if the packaging system would regenerate the packages this wouldn't prevent the sites that already upgraded to notice the new release. So releasing a new version is the correct thing to do.
