I've created a patch that adds Features import/export support for apachesolr_biblio_fields table. I haven't done a whole lot of testing on it yet, and I'm hoping the community will take a look and provide some feedback.

We've patched your features.inc file to call apachesolr_biblio_get_field with null, $fid instead of just $fid.
