There needs to be a way for people to import data from the 4.6 database structure to the new 4.7 structure.

I'm working on this already, just adding as an issue to help keep track of it.

I had hoped to get it a bit slicker, but I think it's more important to have something in there and make a release and get on with the v5 version now.
