I've changed the module to use the login block instead of the standard form. The problem now is that after every log in, it redirects me to error page that doesn't exist. I assume this have do with the 'user_login_link' but I can't be sure. Anyone has any ideas?

No. But it's because of those problems that lead me to modify it instead of using it as it is, which in turn cause new problems. Did you manage to solve those?
