Has anyone developed a module to allow blogging via email transmission? (like blogger)

Also, is there any way to send a blog message to Drupal through your cell phone?

As far as I know about the blogging by cell phone, no. No one has yet to come up with that one, if you look at bloggers it is stored in a whole diffrent system untill you claim it which would mean you would have to pull off some major stuff; not just a module.
