when an existing user uses fb connect for the first time, and he/she clicks to connect their account he/she is redirected to ?q=fbconnect rather than /?q=user/%user/fbconnect

this is page is always not found and the accounts are thus never linked!!

I had this as well

It is a conflict with the Login Destination module
