PostgreSQL compatibility for Filemanager module

There is some minor changes for filemanager.module (nedd insert '0' not empty string into {file}.private column, sometimes need column AS newname, issue from node/68425 included too). Now work module correct for PostgreSQL 7.4/Drupal 4.7.3 on my web site.
