[Forum post on this topic.] Unless I'm just missing it, there doesn't seem to be a way to subscribe to forums, although it's obvious to me how users can subscribe to forum topics. I've got php experience so I'm going to start poking around and seeing how easy this is to add, but if someone knows a) this is already possible or b) where to find the relevant bits of code, I'd appreciate any pointers.

You subscribe to topics under my account->my subscriptions->categories.

Hmm...How hard would it be to add a 'subscribe' link on the forum page as well?

Hard to say. I haven't looked for the hook to so. I can certainly add it to the list of requests.

We don't have "a 'subscribe' link on the forum page", but you can subscribe from each forum topic, so I consider this fixed.
