If a user gets deleted the vote should be subtracted from the vote_count. Its very helpful if some scriptkid has somehow created mass users, to mass vote.

I agree that this could be a useful option, but see the usage notes in #703182: Reset Votes. We just don't know which votes came from this module. It might be better to make this request to the VotingApi maintainer.
