Use Decimal Places where they make sense

I always thought it to be strange that the graphs like "Number of Nodes" has 6.1 or some decimal place.
The only case I can think of that a decimal place is needed are for the "daily" graphs where milliseconds matter.

Here is a patch that sets the Y-Coordinate to only use decimal places for the daily graphs.
