I'm not sure this is the right place for asking this question.
A friend of mine want to setup a eLearning website where one of it's feature is video tutorial, user can watch video online.
After taking some investigation, buying dedicated bandwidth from the web hosting is not cheap.
Then I'm thinking of putting the videos on Amazon S3.
I have a question, when a user watching video on my drupal site, the data traffic of streaming video is counted by amazon s3 or my web hosting company ?
or is there any other better solution ?
Like vimeo, do they provide private video service ? as my friend don't want open the videos for public watching.
