content type selector SOLVED

I'm trying to use maxlength module for my text areas/fields and seems that if your using this module the .js that displays the caracter count does not work. So I was thinking a simple node form setting, to select which content types will use node form colums, or how can I select the content type is gonna use it.

OR better, implement this module to work together with maxlength module.
