since the invisimail encoding filter offer some useful options ( wheter or not to create active email links and which type of encryption to use ) is it possible to let the user choose this option in the field settings?. (or at least create an input filter, set there the options, and then choose which filter apply to the field).

yes, you are right - that would be nice. I'll take a look at that asap
