I've been looking for a way to give each user a way to subscribe to rss feeds, and/or submit individual news items from those feeds. Ideally those submissions could be tracked and presented somewhere along the lines of Now Public, Newsvine or Top 10 Sources.
Any ideas on how to achieve a similar functionality would be much appreciated!
