Images smaller than Thumbnail size aren't displayed

If an image is smaller than the Thumbnail defined size, its thumbnail isn't (correctly) created by the Image module.
Unfortunately, Image Gallery Management rely on having all images their thumbnail. So, images without thumbnail aren't manageable by Image Gallery Management.
