Releases for backup

Some minor bugfixes to 5.x-3. Issues with CVS forced me to start a new branch. :-(

The following things have been fixed/changed in this release:

- Implemented a new mechanism for excluding files in a backup directory, courtesy of a suggestion from guenneguez_t

Major update, now in the DRUPAL-5--2 branch. Here's a brief summary:

- Renamed backup_lib.php to functions.inc.php
- Split up form functions into forms.inc.php
- Added facility to choose what directory the file is saved in.
- Added facility to download existing backups and delete them.
- Fixed several misc issues, such as things relating to the filename and menu item.

NEXT UP: Cron support.

Initial port to Drupal 5.

More features will be coming shortly to increase the overall usefulness of this module.
