Hello,

When viewing the Dashboard at admin/content/icl-dashboard the user is informed "Your balance in ICanLocalize is running low. To allow translations to continue, visit your ICanLocalize finance page and deposit additional funds".

When the "ICanLocalize finance page" link is clicked the URL "icl-core/reminders?target=/finance?icl_param=0&TB_iframe=true&width=1128&height=700&tb_avail=1&width=1128&height=700&tb_avail=1" causes an Access Denied error for non super admins (not user 1).

I have enabled all the permissions but the page is still not accessible:

icl_content module
- moderate comments in own language
- submit content for translation
icl_core module
- administer icanlocalize

You are right. This has now been fixed and will be in the next release coming shortly. You will need to set the permission:

icl_core module
- administer icanlocalize
