The user based settings form shows up in every category of the user profile. My understanding is that is should only appear in the first category named "account".

Looks pretty good! Are you sure we're suppose to open up the Fieldset? What if we only open it when a value is set?

I am not sure about that. For my purposes I wanted it to be open (not collapsed) by default, but that might be subjective. The idea of opening it when a value is set and collapsing it by default if none is set sounds good to me!

Closing as "outdated" because Drupal 6 is not supported anymore and something like the proposed patch seems to be in the 7.x-1.x branch.
