HELP I want to display image as well as information about that image

Everybody,

I am new to drupal and i use image module and i upload image create content >>image in that i create one category like photo in that i uploading all the images and display that category on page But my problem is that when anyone click on any image then image and it's related information i want to display after clicking on that image if anyone have idea about that please help me
