I notice there is the Trigger entitled: "Node access is granted to a user". However when I use that tricker the only Actions are "Display a message to the user" and "execute custom PHP code".

Is there a way to "Send an order email"?

I discovered that you can if you add the email action in the existing CA entitled "Grant appropriate node access on full payment". However all the tokens are generic order tokens, nothing specific to node access.
