ubercart 1 is only for d5, ubercart 2 is the upgrade to d6, and ubercart 3 is the d7 version. See the releases page for a more detailed list of fixes/changes for each of the versions.
If so, it does not tell me much of anything. Certainly I don't see anything about ubercart 2.x is supperior to ubercart 1.x. In fact, it seems just the opposite since unbercart 1.x, has quickbooks integration.
I am sure that I'm missing something, but I don't see what.
