When trying to backup a second database that does not contain Drupal data, you cannot select tables to exclude because settings profiles are not database-specific and the table selectors are build based on the active drupal database.

Settings profiles need to either be specific to each available database or the tables list needs to include all possible tables from all configured databases.

I believe this is still the case... I am tying to exclude a few cache tables and domain table from my civicrm db and B&M does not appear to exclude. On import the data is migrated to the destination database.

Any help on this?
