Hi!

I am using og gradebook and have to create the same assighment for many of my classes. It takes a lot of time to recreate the same lesson just to assighn it to a seperate classes grade book. Is there a way to save the lessons and redistribute them amongst all your different gradebooks as needed with check boxes of some kind? Thanks!

If the assignment has the same assignment data (point value, due date etc.) then you can select multiple gradebooks when you edit/create the assignment. If you have different assignment data for each each class, then it really is a different assignment to gradebook, even if its similar to other assignments. In that case, I've found the node clone module to be very helpful!

When using assignments with og, you'll also want to make the assignment (group post) available to each group, but that's easily done through the groups audience feature.

I think there are other ways of archiving nodes for future use, but don't have any useful advice on this at present. Its something I need to look into for my own courses, now that I have been using og and gradebook for more than a year now...

I am going to mark your other post as a duplicate of this one....

Actually I used to use a lesson plan program that was great caller lesson planner 1.3.0.3 and it had a great way to store lesson plans.

I always wanted to duplicate it in drupal somehow. I was just thinking that the quiz module has a great way in which it stores questions. If we could store lessons like it sotres questions for assignment redistribution that would be great. Do you use the quiz module?
