* Provide configurable Taxonomy complexity - Simple (no hierarchy, no relationship), Partial (hierarchy but no relationship) and Full (default Drupal)

* If complexity is simple or partial, will create default taxonomy "Category" attached to "blog" node (// Should it be attached to page and story too?)

* Added taxonomy_block() so that it will display all the taxonomy for the sites.

* Detect duplicate terms and reject rename or adding of dup terms

No updated patch, several release cycles later, I think we have ourselves a closed issue.
