Help with View

Please could someone help?

I have a node reference in my profile. (list of schools)
here the new User selects his school.

Great

Now i want to create a view to display all users-profiles that have made the same selection. so i only see people that are in the same school as me.
I have tried relationships and arguments, I cant seem to come right.
