User receives user points when another user votes on their content.

It would be great if there were a way to have users receive points when another user votes on their content. Also if the scale could be set. For example, using nodevote, if a user votes the content a 10, that author receives 10 points and if it is voted a 0, they get 0 points. Or even a setting so that a vote of 0 subtracts points or anthing under 5 subtracts points incrementally. Is this doable?
