Issue Summary
I can't figure out what's going on, ready to pull my hair out, so I really hope someone can help -- and maybe this is a support request, not a bug report...
Attached is a screenshot of what I have going on. I want my text to be "textimage-d" on top of this orange, gradient, button-y background image (GIF), and for some reason, I'm getting empty (transparent) space around my words/letters instead of the background image showing through like you'd expect. I've tried mixing up margin-vs.-"text-x/y-offset" with no success. Same goes for max width, no max width, fixed/not-fixed width, different Text Align options, and even using Convert to Case > Default (instead of UPPERCASE) -- no luck fixing the problem so far.
Help!! (And let me know if I can provide any additional info.)
Thank you!!

Okay, so I think it was because my background image was a GIF... it seems to be working fine with a PNG.
What's that about -- and if it's by design, please could there be something added to the instructions/UI?
