Good Day.

I can successfully create a view using gmaps and cck field. I tried copying this view using the location module but I am getting stuck. I have tried all the possible field marker for fields but no marker is showing up. Any ideas?

I'd also like this answered. It would also be nice to have some sort of documentation on how to create a view based on this module. I see lots of people doing it, but am unsure about what it takes to make it happen. Some sort of documentation would be nice. I'd be more than happy to do it as well once someone comes out and explains.

You should enable the "GMaps Views Location" module and use the views field "Location - Point option" from the group "Marker option".

xmarket, I have enabled the "GMaps Views Location" module, BUT in the views fields, there is no "Location - Point option", and from what group "Marker option"?? I am at a total loss here.. any help would be appreciated...
