This week we launched our new site FastportPassport.com selling emergency passport services. Our company works with the U.S. Department of State to issue, renew, replace, or modify passports in as little as 24 hours.

The site is built on Drupal 6 core and uses Ubercart to handle the e-commerce. Most modules in use are Ubercart modules intended to simplify Ubercart for the user, and work towards increasing conversion rates. This means no review screens, no cancel buttons, and overall fewer clicks for the user.

Please comment on what you think we are doing well, and most importantly what we need to improve upon. Our goal is to increase the conversion rates substantially and we are still working out some details such as calls to action.

Hey the site looks awesome, I didn't know there was emergency passport services... I think the biggest thing is trust. So having testimonials seems kind of odd... why would I event need to hear what other say about the services. If you have testimonials it seems that they should come from twitter or facebook or be linked to a facebook account so i can trust its a real person.

The passports page seems... well looks nice but there is not much detail there seems like I am waiting for the rest of the page to load.

the theme looks great tho, those are more my thoughts on the strategy and user experience.

Hey ron_sparks,

I am agree with you little bit but only trust is nothing because it is easy to made but very difficult to maintain it. Testimonials also from the Company discussion forums, blogs and social media centers.

Regards,
Jennifar

You've got some great graphics and some very nice typography, but a boring footer that begs for some more style to round off the site.
